Our sprinkler pipe broke on Christmas Eve due to the frigid cold and rolling blackouts. GenCon Restoration was at our house within a few hours to begin the damage remediation (again on Christmas Eve!). Cody Allison, his crew and subcontractors are providing outstanding service during this frustrating project. The communication process with our insurance company and the subcontractors has been seamless. We are so grateful – Highly recommend!

Timely honest and fair. I called Cody helped repair water damage. Instead of coming to just fix it, he investigated thoroughly and gave us our options. His team was quick and finished the project right before a storm came. Would highly recommend.

Hands down, the best contractor I’ve ever dealt with. Professional, yet with the personal touch that makes you feel like you’re the only customer this company has. The quality of work is top-notch. I had walls torn down and replaced, due to water damage. I can’t even tell where the old walls end and the new walls start. The textured finish even matches perfectly. The crews are friendly, hard working, and CLEAN!! Cody did an amazing job helping me through the insurance process, as well.
